    Structural Advantages

    1. The best clearance height can increase the lifting height by 200~500mm than ordinary CD hoists.

    2. Excellent three-in-one transmission technology, the lifting reducer is made of high-quality alloy steel, with three-stage reduction, stable operation, long service life and reliable performance, avoiding many disadvantages of long-distance transmission of CD hoist intermediate shaft.

    3. The motor is a new self-cooling cone motor specially designed. The motor housing is made of aluminum alloy material with good heat dissipation performance. The motor insulation level is F and the protection level is IP54, which is one level higher than that of ordinary motors.

    4. The electrical components adopt large-capacity contactors and other components. The control switches are connected to the motor and electrical components with fast plugs to make the on-site installation faster; the cables of each leaking part of the hoist are protected by PE corrugated pipe to ensure reliable cable connection.

    5. According to user requirements, various functions such as hoist operation, lifting single and double speed or variable frequency stepless speed control, remote control operation, overload protection, motor overheating protection and other functions.

    6. The structure is exquisite and the appearance is beautiful.
