Options and Components

• Rail Girder
  Enables horizontal travel of the electric hoist. Fabricated from high-strength Q235 steel. Surface undergoes shot blasting, anti-corrosion treatment, and protective paint finish.
• Main Girder
  Constructed from Q235 steel plate. Runs freely along the rail girder, providing lateral hoist movement.
• Electric Hoist
  Each unit passes dynamic/static load and lift/lower pressure tests. Baked enamel finish enhances paint adhesion and appearance. Assembly-line production ensures consistent quality.
• Suspension Device
  Mounts to lower flange of I-beam or H-beam. Self-locking design ensures easy, secure installation.
• Functional Components
  Turnouts, cross turntables, and lifting sections integrate with standard rails to form a single-track material flow network, supporting diverse layout requirements.
• Electrical Cabinet
  Standard supply: Three-phase, 380V (±10%, peak current lower limit -15%), 50Hz. Optional 690V / 50-60Hz systems available upon request.
• Control Mode
  Options: Pendant panel, wireless remote, or cabin control. Dual-mode configurations available (ground + remote, or cabin + remote); modes are switchable, not simultaneous, for safety. Control circuit operates at safe AC 36V.
