Electric steel coil clamps are divided into two types according to the placement and hoisting direction of steel coils:
Electric horizontal coil hoisting tool
Electric vertical coil hoisting tool
Independent Remote Control System
Equipped with an independent remote control system.
In the same workshop, multiple spreaders can be used simultaneously without remote control interference.
Dual Independent Transmission Systems
Upper transmission system – Rotates the hook body horizontally by +90° or -255°.
Lower transmission system – Controls the opening size of the hook body.
Touch‑stop devices – Installed on both sides of the hook body to reduce hard extrusion of the steel coil.
Button interlock – When both transmission systems are operated via remote control, the button switches can be interlocked.
Durability & Lubrication
Load‑bearing parts – All made of alloy steel, ensuring a long service life.
Lubrication system – An oil‑containing tank is milled into the lower groove of the sliding beam for lubrication during retraction.
Gearbox lubrication – The upper and lower transmission gearboxes are equipped with oil holes and oil level indicators. Gear transmission lubrication is performed manually with grease.
