Emergency Stop & Power Off Signals
The emergency stop signal of the TELEcontrol remote control system includes an emergency stop signal and a power‑off signal during off‑work.
Emergency stop signal – Actively switches off the receiving system (no effective output). The response time is only 20 ms from signal sending to receiving.
Power‑off during off‑work – The receiving system automatically shuts off when no effective signal is received from the transmitter for a certain period (e.g., low battery, out of range, or prolonged inactivity). The shutdown time is programmable (10 minutes, 20 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, etc.).
System Address
Each crane radio remote control system is programmed with a unique system address code. Each code is used only once and is not repeated, effectively preventing interference and wrong signals between systems.
Digital Processing System
Transmitter: Features a CPU microprocessor and a transmitting RFID chip, ensuring that instruction codes are transmitted accurately and quickly.
