Seamless Conductor Rails
Product Description
Seamless conductor rails are a rail system used for power transmission, typically applied in cranes, electric hoists, and other mobile equipment.
Unlike traditional busbars, the seamless busbar has no gaps between the rails, ensuring:
Continuous power supply
Higher operational reliability

Seamless Conductor Rails – Features
High‑quality conductor – Made of oxygen‑free copper, offering excellent conductivity, high purity, uniform color, and a smooth surface.
Smooth crane operation – The collector travels quietly without malfunction due to vibrations, ensuring reliable contact with no failures.
Durable insulator – Made of PVC + impact‑resistant, UV‑resistant, specially formulated material, providing excellent physical properties.
No joints – Results in low voltage drop for efficient power transmission.
Seamless Conductor Rails – Types & Features
Classification
Seamless conductor rails are generally classified into three types:
3‑pole seamless conductor rails
4‑pole seamless conductor rails
6‑pole seamless conductor rails
Key Features
Uninterrupted power supply – No gaps between rails ensure continuous power transmission
High‑quality conductor – Uses oxygen‑free copper for efficient power transmission
Minimal voltage drop – Ensures stable power delivery over long distances
Excellent conductivity – Reliable electrical performance
Good contact performance – Smooth and consistent contact with the collector
Easy installation – Simple and time‑saving setup
Wear resistance – Long service life
Easy replacement – Convenient maintenance
Convenient transportation – Resistant to damage during shipping
Extended service life – Less likely to cause damage to the conductor rails

Installation Notes
Curved conductor rails – For 3‑pole, 4‑pole, and 6‑pole conductor rails with curvature, side installation must be used.
Sliding clamp spacing – At the starting point of the turn, a sliding clamp should be installed every 0.5 meter.
Terminal power tensioner height – For 3‑pole, 4‑pole, and 6‑pole busbars, the terminal power tensioner should be installed approximately 5 mm higher than the sliding clamps.
Environmental Limitations
Not suitable for outdoor use – 3‑pole, 4‑pole, and 6‑pole conductor rails are not recommended for outdoor applications.
Not suitable for high acid/alkali environments – These rails should not be used in environments with high acid or alkali content.
