    The end beam is used for crane traveling and is one of the main supporting components of bridge cranes and gantry cranes.

    Crane End Beam – Categories

    Single Girder Overhead Crane End Beam

    The single girder overhead crane end beam is a box‑shaped structure. The end beam and the main beam are connected rigidly. Where the end beam is disconnected, high‑strength bolts are used for connection. Each connecting plate is positioned by reamed bolts, and positioning check marks have been made at the factory.

    Double Girder Overhead Crane End Beam

    The double girder overhead crane end beam is a box‑shaped structure. The end beam and the main beam are connected rigidly. Where the end beam is disconnected, high‑strength bolts are used for connection. Each connecting plate is positioned by reamed bolts, and positioning check marks have been made at the factory.

    European Type Overhead Crane End Beam

    The European type overhead crane end beam adopts rectangular tube modular manufacturing. It is driven by a buffer motor, matched with forged wheels, and uses CNC milling integrated customized machine tools to complete opening, boring, milling, and drilling in a single operation.

    With this design, you only need to align and weld the main beam and end beam of the crane, offering extremely high cost‑effectiveness.
