    Product Description

    Ladle Transfer Car – Features

    Suitable for molten metal transfer – Designed for transporting steel ladles and high‑temperature hot slag ladles containing molten liquid metal.

    Power supply – Most models use low‑voltage rail power supply.

    High‑temperature resistance – Equipped with heat‑insulating materials to withstand extreme heat.

    Controlled speed – Starting and stopping speed is maintained at 0–20 m/min to prevent spilling of steel or slag.

    Redundant transmission system – Generally adopts a dual transmission system. If one system fails, the other ensures that a process cycle can be completed.

    Unmanned operation – A remote wireless control system can be adopted to realize unmanned operation.
