    Product Description

    A ladle transfer car is equipment used in the steel and foundry industries to transport molten metal. Its main function is to transfer molten steel or molten iron from the furnace to casting, forging, or other processing areas.

    Ladle Transfer Car – Features

    Suitable for molten metal transfer – Designed for transporting steel ladles and high‑temperature hot slag ladles containing molten liquid metal.

    Power supply – Most models use low‑voltage rail power supply.

    High‑temperature resistance – Equipped with heat‑insulating materials to withstand extreme heat.

    Controlled speed – Starting and stopping speed is maintained at 0–20 m/min to prevent spilling of steel or slag.

    Redundant transmission system – Generally adopts a dual transmission system. If one system fails, the other ensures that a process cycle can be completed.

    Unmanned operation – A remote wireless control system can be adopted to realize unmanned operation.
